There are new and exciting ways to upgrade your communication and customer service. Now just 5 minutes is enough to create a chatbot for campaigns, daily communications, and offers. Let’s start the clock!

1 Minute

Start by entering your Chatdodo account and clicking on the Builder on your dashboard. This step is quite simple, there is many people who has a tab for Chatdodo anyway. Even if it`s not the case there, by just clicking you will be able to an account free for a month!

2 Minute

After entering the Builder, few choices will be available:  

1. Using one of the previous flows. Just click on it and make some changes, and publish! Quick and easy.

2. Click on the templates and choose one of them. From e-commerce to setting up a live chat - we offer various templates.

3. Create a new flow from the scratch.

3 Minute

This part is the most intriguing! First, name your flow and choose your channel – Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, WhatsApp, or your website. A big, clean canvas will appear for you to work on. Easily pick up your colors - functions, and widgets to create the flow. You can add anything you need from Request Data to Carousel sharing, and more.

4 Minute

All is done and the last step is clicking the Publish button. Now the flow is ready for action. The chatbot will gather leads, take orders and even answer questions without any effort from your part.

5 Minute

Nothing is perfect, but we made sure you have Monitoring over your flows to catch errors early. And if there anything needs to be fix, you can go back to up to 10 previous versions of the Flow on the History.
